PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is troublesome to designate a file of an analysis information management device from the analysis information management device in the case that a file management format used in the analysis information management device is different from a file management format in an analyzer controller in a system for controlling an analyzer from the analysis information management device through the analyzer controller to analyze analytical data.SOLUTION: The analyzer controller is provided with such pass conversion means which extracts a key by decomposing a pass included in an instruction received by the analysis information management device, and specifying a file or newly preparing a file in the analyzer controlling by using the key. |
