PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform smooth tuning by ranking and presenting broadcasting stations of excellent listening at the present position of a mobile object. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle broadcast receiver includes: a first tuner 2 for receiving the radio wave of a broadcasting station to be viewed; a second tuner 4 which operates on the background of the first tuner 2 to scan a reception band other than the broadcasting station; an arithmetic control section 6 for creating a list of broadcasting stations received by the second tuner 4 in the descending order of field strength starting from a highest field strength; and a display operating section 7 for displaying and selecting the list created by the arithmetic control section 6.
