PURPOSE: A flight simulator and a method thereof are provided to confirm electricity of a guided weapon system comprising a plurality of devices and mounting devices, mechanical interface, and performance in a simulated flight condition. CONSTITUTION: A flight simulator comprises a guided weapon system(100), a ground device(200), and a firing control device (300). The guided weapon system comprises a plurality of mounting devices(120-122) and a guide control device connected through the mounting devices and a communication bus and generates guided missile information for calculating a data of a simulated inertia navigation system of a guided missile. The ground device is connected to the guide control device through the communication bus and calculates the data of the simulated inertia navigation system based on guided missile information when a firing signal of the guided missile is received. The firing control device is connected to the guide control device through the communication bus and controls the firing of the guide missile.
