PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal gasket which requires a small fastening force, has a large deformation amount thereof, and has a large restoration amount during unloading.SOLUTION: A metal gasket includes: a ring-shaped first member having a substantially C-shaped cross section; and a ring-shaped second member 2 comprising at least two fitting components 2A, 2B provided in an internal circumferential side of the first member 1. The second member 2 includes a sliding part 4 where the fitting parts 2A, 2B slide to each other when a compression force acts on the first member 1, and a protruding part 3 that contacts the first member 1. |
