PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent notification about a timer which has timed out for reasons that a timeout buffer is full from being omitted, and also to obtain information about a time at which the timer is expected to time out normally.SOLUTION: A control device 20 includes: timer value update means 21 for updating a timer value; timeout detection means 22 for detecting on the basis of the timer value that the timer has timed out; full state detection means 23 for detecting whether a timeout buffer 10 is full; and timeout processing means 24 which, when the timer has timed out for reasons that the timeout buffer 10 is full, repeats a timeout count updating operation without executing timeout processing until the timeout buffer 10 becomes to have a free space and, when the timeout buffer 10 now has a free space, executes the timeout processing. |
