PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot insulation cooking container which does not taking up a space of a working table in a kitchen during hot insulation cooking and which can be take out from a housing part and moved.SOLUTION: In a hot insulation cooking container 1 in which an inner container 3 is housed in an outer insulation container 2 and an opening part 4 of the outer insulation container 2 can be opened and closed by an outer insulation container lid 5, the hot insulation cooking container does not hinder cooking or others and does not take up a space because the outer insulation container 2 can be housed in a housing part 44 of a kitchen, the housing part 44 is a concave part arranged on a top plate 38 of a kitchen 34 for a working table, and moreover a housing place of the hot insulation cooking container 1 during hot insulation cooking is inside of the housing 44. Further, other cooking can be carried out on the top plate 38 while carrying out the hot insulation cooking in the housing part 44 with the hot insulation cooking container 1 and closing the housing part 44. Furthermore, hot dishes can be eaten for a long time because the outer insulation container 2 can be taken from the housing part 44, and the dishes can be put on a kitchen table along with the hot insulation cooking container 1. Thus one does not directly touch the hot inner container 3. |
