PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set all the ports off immediately after a power shutdown.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor switch circuit includes a voltage generation circuit, a drive circuit and a switch section. The voltage generation circuit generates a first positive voltage and a first negative voltage. The drive circuit is supplied with a first high potential side power supply, the first positive voltage and the first negative voltage, and generates first differential output signals level-shifted on the basis of first signals and second differential output signals that are inverted signals of the first differential output signals. The switch section switches a connection state of a common signal terminal and signal terminals on the basis of the first and second differential output signals. The semiconductor switch circuit sets all the first differential output signals output from the drive circuit at a low level and sets all the second differential output signals output from the drive circuit at a high level for a predetermined period when the first high potential side power supply shuts off. |
