PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of printing processing capability per unit time caused by the exchange or the like of printing heads and platens.SOLUTION: A printing device 11 is constituted of a feeding means 14 for feeding a band-shaped original fabric RS, and a printing means 15 having printing heads for applying printing in a printing position PP of the original fabric RS which is fed by the feeding means 14. A plurality of the printing heads TH are aligned in parallel with the face of the original fabric RS and in a crossing direction AR crossing the feeding direction of the original fabric RS. The printing device also has a first moving means 16 which can arrange at least one printing head TH out of the plurality of printing heads TH in the printing position PP by moving it to the crossing direction AR. |
