PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program by which business transaction via a network can be activated more than before.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus determines, in a ranking in which a plurality of business transaction objects with a score corresponding to the attention degree are sorted in descending order, the business transaction objects with a score down to a predetermined score as advertisement display objects; divides an advertisement display area into the number of determined business transaction objects; sets information corresponding to each of the business transaction objects as information displaying each of the areas of the divided advertisement display area; and sets link information corresponding to a site for performing business transaction of the determined respective business transaction objects to each of the areas of the divided advertisement display area.
