PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device capable of easily and surely establishing an electric connection state between a drive unit and a semiconductor module.SOLUTION: A slot 20 capable of fixing a semiconductor module 10 in its inside by inserting the semiconductor module 10 is formed in (a case 11 of) a drive unit 4. The semiconductor module 10 is provided with a plurality of leads 17 projected from one end of a sealing body 6 forming a contour of the semiconductor module 10 along an insertion direction and the drive unit 4 is provided with a plurality of terminals 21 at positions corresponding to these respective leads 17. Each of these leads 17 has a slit 27 with an opened end 27a at its tip, the slit 27 extending along the insertion direction, so that the slits 27 are fitted with the terminals 21 to pinch the terminals 21, respectively. |
