PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multipotent adult stem cells (MAPCs) and progeny derived therefrom to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in a tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system of a subject.SOLUTION: A method to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in a tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of human non-ES, non-germ, and non-embryonic germ cells that are positive for telomerase and can differentiate into ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal cell types, wherein the non-ES, non-germ and non-embryonic germ cells provide lymphohematopoiesis in the subject. |
