PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can maintain excellent elasticity even after being used under a high-temperature and high-pressure condition for a long period of time, and to provide a seal member using the same.SOLUTION: In the resin composition containing a rubber component and thermoplastic resin, the maximum value of loss tangent (tanδ) in a temperature range of 20°C-150°C is set at 0.2 or less. Acrylic rubber is used for the rubber component, and polyvinylidene fluoride is used for the thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin is uniformly and highly dispersed in the resin composition so as to have a circle-equivalent diameter of 40 nm or more and 100 nm or less. |
