The part (PA) has a part comprising a back face (FR) that is suitable to be placed with regard to a fixing wall (PF), where the part is provided with a through hole (TT) for passage of a screw (V) that is intended to attach the part with the fixing wall. The part includes an absorption unit (MA) on its back face. The absorption unit is arranged to absorb vibrations by elastic strain so as to inhibit contacts between the part and the fixing wall in the presence of the vibrations by elastic strain. An independent claim is also included for a seat belt.
