PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a synchronization destination that allows proper timing of frames to be set.SOLUTION: A communication device puts information indicating that the communication device is transmitting and receiving radio signals at timing based on reception timing of radio signals transmitted by another communication device into transmission data and transmits the transmission data by radio signals in order that another communication device does not select the communication device as a synchronization destination communication device.
