PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition, an insulated electric wire, and a cable each having a flame retardance and excellent in terms of oil/fuel resistance, low-temperature characteristics, and external wound resistance.SOLUTION: This halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition is constituted by a base polymer including 60-70 mass% of LLDPE, at least 10 mass% of an EVA with a melt flow rate (MFR) of at least 100, and 10-20 mass% of a maleic acid-modified polyolefin, a metal hydroxide added at a ratio of 150-220 parts.mass with respect to 100 parts.mass of the base polymer, and carbon black; the metal hydroxide and the carbon black exist at mutual addition ratios (metal hydroxide : carbon black) of 15 : 1-100 : 1; the composition is assumed to have been cross-linked. |
