Disclosed are a system architecture for the global optimization of a flexible grid optical network and a global optimization method therefor. The system architecture for the global optimization of a flexible grid optical network provided in the present invention comprises a global optimization requesting unit and a global optimization execution unit, wherein the global optimization requesting unit generates a global optimization request message, and sends the global optimization request message to the global optimization execution unit; and the global optimization execution unit parses the global optimization request message, performs global optimization based on a global optimization constraint condition, a global optimization computational algorithm and a network topology of and resource information about the flexible grid optical network, and returns the global optimization result to the global optimization requesting unit. |
