PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for blood specimen collection and testing.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a test strip having a blood specimen volume detection area in which a blood specimen is accumulated and minimum blood specimen volume is detected. When the minimum blood specimen volume is detected, the test strip is moved with respect to a blood specimen collection part, so that a bending surface of the test strip faces the blood specimen, movement of the blood specimen to a measurement point on the test strip is facilitated by using surface tension of a blood specimen droplet, and blood glucose in the specimen is measured at this measurement point. |
