PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress resisting force in an axial direction from being lowered as the moving speed (vibration speed) of a shaft part in an axial direction gets fast. SOLUTION: The rigidity k<SB POS="POST">D.M</SB>of the shaft 122 of rotary inertia mass damper part 150 is set to be equal to or larger than the rigidity k<SB POS="POST">C</SB>of a piston rod 124 of an oil damper part 180.
