The present invention relates to a thermal radiation sheet having a multilayer structure which emits heat by being attached to a heat source. The thermal radiation sheet: comprises a heat conductive adhesive layer, a metal thin film layer, a heat conductive emission layer, and a releasing film; is attached to a heat source by attaching the heat conductive adhesive layer after removing the releasing film; has the heat conductive emission layer and the heat conductive adhesive layer formed with a resin and a solid particle; contains 30-70% of solid particle of 1-50 nm in the heat conductive emission layer and the heat conductive adhesive layer; includes 0.5-10% of CNT (Carbone nanotube) when the sum of the resin and the solid particle is 100%; provides a heat emission film having a multilayer structure in which different layers have different characteristics according to functions of each layer; and maintains a thin film structure and the multilayer structure. The provided thermal radiation sheet efficiently conducts heat which is generated from a heat emission unit and easily emits the conducted heat to an open space by being applied to a heat emission element such as the CPU or semiconductor of an advanced digital product and a heat emission part such as a backlight and a battery by having a function of conducting and emitting heat in the thermal radiation sheet. |
