The present invention relates to an electronic circuit device with a ground and a reference potential. The electronic circuit device of the present invention may include a first circuit part which is installed between a power supply voltage node and a ground node, and provides a reference voltage set in advance using a power supply source as an operating voltage; and a second circuit part which is installed between the power supply voltage node and a reference voltage node and uses a differential voltage between the power supply voltage and the reference voltage as an operating voltage.
