The present invention discloses a secured mobile phone payment system and method using a personal identification number (PIN) of a user which pays by a mobile phone. A secured mobile phone payment system according to the present invention includes an authentication request receiving unit for receiving a request for PIN authentication of a user from a server of a payment company; a PIN information requesting unit for requesting the input of a PIN number to a dedicated application installed in an authentication-requested terminal of the user; a PIN information receiving unit for receiving the PIN number input by the user from the application; a PIN authenticating unit for comparing the received PIN number with a previously registered PIN number and determining authentication as being succeeded if the received PIN number is matched with the previously registered PIN number; and a PIN authentication server including a PIN authentication response server for transmitting the determination result of the comparison to the server of the payment company. According to the present invention, the user inputs the PIN number thereof and confirms the mobile phone payment, so that the mobile phone payment service having enhanced security can be used. |
