<p>Method for filling with a liquid (14) a nanopipette (10) comprising a proximal end (12) having a large opening (12a) at the tip thereof and a distal end (13) having a small opening (13a) at the tip thereof, said small opening having a diameter less than or equal to 60 nanometres, said method comprising at least the following steps: - a step of introducing (100) liquid (14) in the nanopipette (10) via the large opening (12a); - a step of heating (200) a heated region (21) of the nanopipette (10), wherein the proximal (22) and distal (23) cold regions of the nanopipette (10) remain cold, the heated region (21) comprising a portion (14a) of the liquid (14), said portion evaporating and condensing into droplets (18) in the distal cold region (23); and - a step of relative displacement (300) in the longitudinal direction (X) of the heated region (21) in relation to the nanopipette (10) to bring said heated region (21) close to the distal end (13) of the nanopipette.</p> |
