The present invention relates to a switch relay device, and more specifically, to a switch relay device, which is an electronic relay, for driving electronic components mounted in an automobile. The switch relay device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a switching control unit determining a duty value according to the type of a control input signal and generating a first switching control signal and a second switching control signal the phase of which are the opposite; a switching drive signal generating unit generating a switching drive signal through R-C charge and discharge according to the first and second switching control signals; a load output signal generating unit receiving the switching drive signal to output a load output signal; and a constant voltage unit connected to a battery of a vehicle supplying electric power to the switching drive signal generating unit and the load output signal generating unit, and supplying the constant voltage to the switching control unit.
