PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable water-proof equipment having a more secure water-proof function. SOLUTION: A portable digital camera 1 is provided with a battery housing chamber 3b equipped with a belt-like flat surface part 3d requiring waterproof against outside, having a recess with an insertion port into which a cell 9 is inserted from outside, and fitted around a whole periphery of the port base of the insertion port crossing a direction in which the cell 9 is inserted, and an inner peripheral belt-like surface part 3e fitted at the port base of the insertion port parallel in the direction in which the cell 9 is inserted, and a battery lid 11 being a lid means covering the battery housing chamber 3b for water-proofing the same 3b, and having a lid exterior plate 21, an inner peripheral packing support frame 22, an annular packing support frame 23, an annular packing 25 coming in contact with the belt-like flat surface part 3d and an inner peripheral packing 26 coming in contact with the inner peripheral belt-like surface part 3e.
