<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter tube manufacturing method capable of manufacturing catheter tubes while favorably joining a plurality of tubular bodies arranged in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A catheter tube manufacturing method comprises: an external coat layer body forming step for forming a coat body 53 by covering, radially outward of a core wire 40, a plurality of resin-made coat members 70A, 70B, 70C provided in a radial direction and forming one cylindrical shape as a whole, then joining the coat members 70A, 70B, 70C by pressing and heating the coat members 70A, 70B, 70C radially inward and by applying a twisting force around a radial line of the core wire 40, and then applying a coat; and a core wire removing step, following the external coat layer body forming step, for removing the core wire 40 from discrete tubes 61 obtained on the core wire 40.</p> |
