The present invention relates to a high speed precipitation filtration device comprising a column having a precipitation section at the bottom and a filtration section at the top; and a pair of columns for performing precipitation and filtration at the same time by considering properties of tunnel construction wastewater such as high sedimentation rate of suspended substantia contained in the raw water, and a tunnel construction wastewater treatment system using the same. By performing precipitation and filtration in a column at the same time by placing the precipitation section at the bottom and the filtration section at the top of the column, the present invention is suitable for a tunnel construction site and tunnel construction wastewater treatment since the column does not occupy a large area. In addition, the present invention does not have secondary contaminations and is economical since coagulants are not used.
