<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the uniform and rapid thawing of a heated object such as a frozen food while suppressing partial electric field concentration on the surface of the heated object such as the frozen food. <P>SOLUTION: In a high-frequency induction heating method in which the heated object is heated by electrodes disposed opposite to each other, at least one side heating electrode is constituted of an overall heating electrode and a partial heating electrode, and the overall heating and partial heating are simultaneously performed while controlling the electric field strength to the surface of the heated object and an inner surface part by controlling the amount of air gap in both electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
