The present invention relates to a damper-integrated blower having improved airtightness. According to the present invention, a blower (100) is formed by connecting the outer peripheral parts of blower case a (105) having a suction port (103) and of blower case b (106) on the side opposite to the suction port, using several case-connecting protrusive pieces. A vane stopper protrusion (104b) is formed at the central lower portion of an exhaust port (104), and a vane contact housing part (107) is formed at the upper portion of the exhaust port. Damper motor screw fixing parts (105a) integrally protrude from the outer upper surface of the vane contact housing part (107) adjacent to the exhaust port of blower case a and the surface adjacent to the rear side of the upper portion of a fixing frame (104a) of the exhaust port. A damper motor shaft hole (105b) is bored in the side surface of the case on the side of the suction port of a damper motor shaft hole protrusion part (105b') which is integrally formed on the outer upper side of the vane contact housing part adjacent to the damper motor screw fixing parts (105a) of blower case a. A vane rotation shaft (106a) protrudes from the inner surface of a damper motor shaft hole protrusion part (105b'') of blower case b facing the damper motor shaft hole protrusion part (105b') of blower case a. An eccentric damper motor shaft (201a) of a damper motor (201) is introduced to the damper motor shaft hole of blower case a so as to connect a damper motor fixing bracket (201b) facing the damper motor shaft hole. A vane (202B), for opening or closing the exhaust port with one member, is connected to the damper motor shaft (201a) and the vane rotation shaft (106a) on the inner surface of the damper motor shaft hole protrusion part. A vane module (202), in which a gasket (202A) is integrally connected to the four edges of the vane, is connected and installed. |
