<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module capable of thinning a solar battery cell, improving power generation efficiency and characteristics of a solar battery module, and further inexpensive and simple production. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module includes a solar battery structure consisting of a plurality of electrically connected solar battery strings having a substrate on which a wiring for electrically connecting solar battery cells is formed and a plurality of electrically connected solar battery cells installed on the wiring of the substrate. In the solar battery structure, a part of the substrate on at least one of both opposite ends of the structure is formed to bend reversely to a light-receiving surface of the cell. The solar battery string has a bus bar serving as a part of the wiring on the bent part of the substrate.
