PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed coin processor and a packed coin processing method capable of, even when a packing sheet or the like of a coin pack is damaged, and a loose portion of the packing sheet or the like is caught between a dispensing lever and the notch of a guide member, removing the caught packing sheet or the like to deliver the coin pack to a storage part, thereby preventing occurrence of miscalculation.SOLUTION: A packed coin processor includes: a plurality of trays 25 arranged so as to be vertically lined; and a dispensing unit 22 configured to move up and down along a tip part of each tray 25. The dispensing unit 22 includes a dispensing lever 50 configured so as to rotate with an axis 52 as a center, and to dispense a coin pack C positioned at the most distal end of the tray 25 from the tray 25. The coin pack C is dispensed from the tray 25 by the dispensing lever 50 so as to be stored in a storage part 65, and then the dispensing lever 50 is rotated in a direction opposite to that when the coin pack C is dispensed from the tray 25. |
