<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for an electric motor for facilitating assembly and disassembly operations of the electric motor.SOLUTION: A jig 2 for an electric motor comprises a work bench 57 supported by a stationary side member 56. A first fitting hole 59 is formed on an upper face of the work bench 57. When one end of an armature 7 of the electric motor 1 is fitted in the first fitting hole 59, the electric motor 1 is supported by the work bench 57 so that a first end plate 16 can be detached from the armature 7 in a downward direction together with a case body 13. A second fitting hole 65 for detachably fitting a boss part 20 while a second end plate 18 is slidably located on the upper face of the work bench 57 is formed on the upper face of the work bench 57. The boss part 20 fitted in the second fitting hole 65 can be made rotate around an axial core 64 of the second fitting hole 65 together with the second end plate 18. The jig is provided with a caulking lever 71 that is rotatably pivoted by the work bench 57, and that can fasten the second end plate 18 to an opening edge of a second opening 17 due to caulking by rotation.</p> |
