PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organosilicon compound having a new structure, a method for producing the same and a rubber composition containing the organosilicon compound.SOLUTION: There are provided; an organosilicon compound which contains a terpene residue, a (poly)sulfide structure and a group bonding to an inorganic filler in the molecule; especially a compound having a structure in which a carbon-carbon double bond of a terpene-based compound is added with a silyl group and a group containing a (poly)sulfide structure or an organosilicon compound which is a condensate containing these as condensation components; and a rubber composition containing the organosilicon compound.
