PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage, as a print history, a print result printed in accordance with print setting information set by a printer.SOLUTION: A server device which communicates with a printer for processing print information acquires print information printed by a printer, history information associated with the print information, and print setting information which the printer has applied to the print information. Then, when determining that the history information acquired from the printer has specific print processing set therein, the server generates image information from the print setting information and the print information acquired, and stores the generated image information in association with the history information. |
