PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate for radiation transfer heating which can be easily heated to a desired temperature even in the case when surface reflectivity is high, further, produce a metal worked product with continuously different strength parts at a low cost with high productivity, and further have different strength parts with reduced restriction in the arrangement of the different strength parts, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A reflectivity reduction treated region where light and shade of reflectivity reduction treatment by the number of dots, size of the dot per piece, distribution density of the dots and/or the number of the lines of designs, the thickness of the designs, distribution density of the designs, and the pattern of the designs is formed, is formed at a part or the whole of the surface of a metal plate to be subjected to radiation transfer heating by near infrared radiation. The metal plate is subjected to radiation transfer heating so as to be a heated metal plate with partially different temperatures, and further, the metal plate is subjected to heat treatment working with cooling, e.g., by hot stamping.
