<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet that provides sufficient adhesive strength even when a recording medium carrying an image using nonaqueous ink is used, and a recording medium using the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 includes a substrate 1 and an adhesive layer 2 formed on the substrate 1, wherein the adhesive layer 2 includes a heat-sensitive adhesive resin having a unit represented by general formula (1). Arbitrarily, a release layer 3 may be formed between the substrate 1 and the adhesive layer 2.
