<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mounting with high mounting strength while suppressing an increase in vibration characteristics even when etching processing is used for outer shape formation.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator piece includes: a crystal oscillation plate 10 where an AT cut crystal plate is formed into a rectangular shape in a planar view by wet etching processing; a pair of electrode films 20 formed on right and back main surfaces 10a and 10b of the crystal oscillation plate; and a pair of mounting members 25 which are formed on electrode films on one main surface 10b respectively, make an external electrode and the electrode film conductive, and hold the crystal oscillation plate. The crystal oscillation plate has an inclined surface 11 which is inclined at an angle becoming an obtuse angle with respect to one of the main surfaces on a part of a side surface. At least one of the pair of mounting members 25 is formed so as to be positioned on an extended line of a ridge line formed on one of the main surfaces between the inclined surface 11 and one of the main surfaces. The inclined surface 11 is formed in a Z' axis direction of a quartz crystal.</p> |
