PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device for emission analysis which can improve light detection efficiency.SOLUTION: A detecting device includes: a cell base 101 which has an analysis region 102 for executing an emission analysis on a sample; a window material 104 which transmits light emitted from the sample in the analysis region 102; a photodetector 106 which detects the light transmitted through the window material 104; and a micro lens sheet 201 which is placed between the window material 104 and the photodetector 106, and has an opening 202 facing the analysis region 102.
