<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently inspecting intrusion of microorganism into beverage containing protein in a container without braking the container.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection method according to the present invention is a method for inspecting intrusion of microorganism into beverage containing protein, and the method comprises the steps of: shaking a container to be inspected in which the beverage is encapsulated and which has an observation region whose inside is visible from outside and filling the observation region of the container to be inspected with bubbles each having a diameter of 5 mm or less; observing a disappearance process of the bubbles formed in the observation region of the container to be inspected; and determining intrusion of microorganism into the container to be inspected on the basis of a result obtained in the step of observing the disappearance process of the bubbles.</p> |
