<p>A camera for sensing defects in an object is installed to be moved along a guide. The guide is formed in an arc shape having the same radius of curvature as the moving axis of the object. Thereby, a high-speed winding device according to the present invention can sense defects in various objects by changing the position of the camera even if the size and type of the objects is changed.</p> |
