PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a predetermined part of a relatively moving object.SOLUTION: A system 100 includes a computer device 108, projector 104, and camera 116. The computer device stores illumination data including a digital model of an object, illumination parameters, and the reference to the digital model. The projector or another light source projects structured light to a projection area, and the camera captures an image in the projection area at the same time. The computer device receives the captured image from the camera, compares the captured image with the digital model to determine the position and direction of the object, and creates a canvas image including an area that matches the determined position and direction of the object. The projector projects the canvas image on the projection area. The predefined part of the object corresponding to the reference to the illumination data is illuminated according to the illumination parameters.
