<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video easy for a viewer to view.SOLUTION: A noise reduction apparatus comprises: a scene change frame detection unit 1 that on the basis of a video signal and a time-difference signal obtained by providing a time difference to the video signal, detects at least one of frames immediately before and immediately after a scene change among frames composing the video signal or the time-difference signal; and a noise reduction processing unit 2 that weakens noise reduction for inter-frame noise superimposed between frames for at least one image signal of the frame detected by the scene change frame detection unit 1.</p> |
