The present invention relates to a flame retardant polyurethane-urea hybrid coating agent composition containing expandable graphite and a manufacturing method therefor, and more specifically, to: a flame retardant polyurethane-urea hybrid coating agent composition, wherein when coating the interior and the exterior parts of a building, a ship, and a marine structure, the composition is formed as a film on the surface of a target structure, does not emit toxic gas, particularly black smoke when a fire breaks out, and has a property of self-extinguishing within several seconds even if a fire breaks out; and a manufacturing method therefor. |
