<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use an elevator with security by improving reliability of an elevator to assure safety of the user.SOLUTION: A management server computer 130 transmits diagnosis instruction to a remote monitoring support device 120 at a predetermined timing. The remote monitoring support device 120 that has received the diagnosis instruction generates a diagnosis operation execution instruction, and outputs the generated diagnosis operation execution instruction to a control board 110. A signal inputted/outputted to/from the control board 110 is obtained according to the outputted diagnosis operation execution instruction. In a case a predetermined time has lapsed before a signal inputted/outputted to/from the control board 110 is obtained according to the diagnosis operation execution instruction after the remote monitoring support device 120 outputs the diagnosis operation execution instruction, it is determined that diagnosis operation has been interrupted. After a predetermined standby time has lapsed since the determination, the diagnosis operation execution instruction is outputted again.</p> |
