PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the abnormal state of a signal line.SOLUTION: A CM 2 includes: a buffer 25 that feeds back signals output by means of signal lines 11, 12 used when the CM 2 and another CM 3 communicate with each other; and a first detection unit 232 and a second detection unit 233 that detect abnormality in which the level of the signals output by means of the signal lines 11, 12 does not change from a specific level if the level of the fed back signals does not accord with an expected level which is a predetermined level according to predetermined timing.
