PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent inclination or drop-off of a suspension wheel.SOLUTION: A rail member 30 has an upward rail-like projection 31a at one end side thereof in a direction penetrating an opening of a pathway, continuing in a width direction of the opening of the pathway to receive an outer periphery surface of a suspension wheel 40. A drop-off prevention member 55 for preventing the suspension wheel 40 from dropping off the rail member 30 is fixed to a suspension wheel-supporting bracket 50. The drop-off prevention member 55 has a notch 55b that surrounds a part of the rail-like projection 31a side of the rail member 30. When the suspension wheel-supporting bracket 50 is tilted by a predetermined amount or more, an inner edge of the notch 55b abuts on an under surface of the rail member 30.
