The present invention relates to a double processing device and method of food waste for anaerobic digestion, and more specifically, to a device for processing food waste for anaerobic digestion comprising: a food waste storing hopper, a pulverizing and selecting device, a selected liquid storing tank, a solubilizing tank, and an anaerobic digestion tank. Also, the present invention comprises: a first processing unit connected to the downstream of the pulverizing and selecting device, and pulverizing the crushed food waste; and a second processing unit connected to the anaerobic digestion tank and removing adulterations floating on the top of the anaerobic digestion tank. Accordingly, by doubly processing food waste such as fine pulverization processing caused by pressing a pump against food waste for anaerobic digestion and filtering processing of adulterations floating in the anaerobic digestion tank, the present invention can improve processing efficiency in the anaerobic digestion tank, and the anaerobic digestion tank can be stably operated.
