<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct skew of paper that is accepted more than before, and to correct the skew occurring inside a post processing device as well.SOLUTION: A paper post processing device includes a paper discharge roller 26, a slave roller 27 for contacting/separating operation relative to a closed position for transporting paper to a paper discharge tray 5 in which a transported paper is loaded and an open position at which the paper is not applied with pressure, a horizontal transportation roller pair 11 which is disposed upper stream than them, for transporting the paper, an intermediate transportation roller pair 12 which is disposed among the paper discharge roller 26, the slave roller 27, and the horizontal transportation roller pair 11, for contacting/separating operation relative to the closed position for transporting the paper and the open position at which the paper is not applied with pressure, and a control part 31 which, with the paper discharge roller 26 and the slave roller 27 at the closed position, causes the paper to hit them, and when a rear end of the paper comes out of the horizontal transportation roller pair 11, brings the intermediate transportation roller pair 12 to the open position, for correcting skew of the paper.</p> |
