<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically laminating a stator core of an electric motor, comprising a stator core with an alignment mark formed thereon; a mounting unit allowing the stator core to be mounted thereon and having a machine vision installed to sense the alignment mark of the mounted stator core; a first transfer unit including a first X-axis driving unit moving horizontally, a first Y-axis driving unit coupled to the first X-axis driving unit and moving vertically, a rotor attached to the first Y-axis driving unit to be rotated, and an adsorption table coupled to a lower portion of the rotor to rotate together according to rotation of the rotor and adsorbing the stator core placed on the mounting unit; a control unit driving the rotor such that the alignment mark is positioned at a pre-set point according to coordinates of the alignment mark transmitted from the machine vision; and a jig allowing the stator core moved by the first transfer unit to be laminated therein. According to the present invention, a stator core having a diameter ranging from 500 to 2000 mm can be laminated without burr, warpage, or bowing.</p> |
