The present invention relates to pichia guilliermondii SY46 strain and preparation of kiwi wine by using the strain. The strain according to one embodiment of the present invention is pichia guilliermondii SY46 KACC93159P strain. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the strain has excellent antioxidative activity.
