PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of screws necessary to mount a speaker.SOLUTION: Projection parts 14a, 14c, which project to a rear surface of a mounting flange part 24 arranged on an outer circumference of a speaker component 20 from a mounting surface 9a of a mounted member, press the mounting flange part 24 upward by point-contacting with the rear surface of the mounting flange part 24. The mounting flange part 24 is pressed downward by sandwiching with the mounting surface 9a of the mounted member by sandwiching parts 40a, 40b in positions different from the projection parts, and the mounting flange part 24 is fixed in an abutting state to the mounting surface 9a of the mounted member with bending force acted thereon. |
